Pavlos Ioannis Koktsidis is a Research Associate at the ELIAMEP Southeast European Research Association in Athens and an Adjunct Lecturer and Researcher at the University of Cyprus. He received his PhD in Security and Conflict Studies from the Queen’s University of Belfast.
