Matilde Nardelli is Associate Professor in the School of Film, Media and Design of the University of West London, UK. She is author of Antonioni and the Aesthetics of Impurity: Re-Making the Image in the 1960s (2020). She is co-editor of Bruno Munari: The Lightness of Art (2017). Her articles have appeared in NECSUS: European Journal of Cinema and Media Studies, The Journal of Visual Culture, Tate Papers, Oxford Art Journal.
