Alonzo Carlos DeCarlo, Ph.D., MSW, is a Fulbright Scholar, professor, and author whose career bridges psychology, social work, education, and equity. He is the creator of Rap Therapy, co-developer of the Couples Compass framework. With decades of teaching across counseling, psychology, social work, and psychiatry, he has also designed doctoral and undergraduate programs in the behavioral sciences.
